European Projects

2018-2021 – addressing future Smart Mobility needs of diverse groups. Working with partners across 10 European hubs to evaluate their initiatives for more inclusive, smart mobility solutions. A key component of planning these initiatives is to differentiate between outputs, outcomes and impacts, ensure baseline assessments are conducted and set targets for behaviour change. We work with each hub to identify the metrics and KPIs to be used for final evaluation.

2016-2021 – organisation behaviour change as a prerequisite to enhancing capacity building in Local Authorities responding to environmental challenges. Interactions was responsible for evaluating the outputs, outcomes and impact of the organisation change programme designed to bring about internal behaviour change in partner organisations, to enable them to plan, design and implement sustainable mobility initiatives in their cities.

The EVIDENCE project (2013-2016) reviewed scientific papers, reports and case studies on the costs and benefits of sustainable urban mobility initiatives. The evidence assimilated formed a reference database tailor-made for use by policy decision-makers and practitioners at local and national levels.
