A key component of planning these initiatives is to differentiate between outputs, outcomes and impacts, ensure baseline assessments are conducted and set targets for behaviour change. 2016-2021 – organisation behaviour change as a prerequisite to enhancing capacity building in Local Authorities responding to environmental challenges. Interactions was responsible for evaluating the outputs, outcomes and impact of the organisation change programme designed to bring about internal behaviour change in partner organisations, to enable them to plan, design and implement sustainable mobility initiatives in their cities. https://www.suits-project.eu/
The EVIDENCE project (2013-2016) reviewed scientific papers, reports and case studies on the costs and benefits of sustainable urban mobility initiatives. METPEX (2012-2015) aimed to develop and evaluate a standardised tool to measure passenger experience across whole journeys. METPEX stands for MEasurement Tool to determine the quality of Passenger EXperience and its results used to inform policy makers in providing inclusive, passenger-oriented integrated transport systems that are accessible by all citizens.
