At Interactions Research, we believe that great work can happen anywhere, and our colleague Caoimhe is proving exactly that. Currently, as part of a three-week trip, she’s been working remotely from South Korea, swapping her usual desk for a spot halfway across the world.
Even though she’s 8,948 km away, Caoimhe has stayed connected with the team, joining meetings, sharing ideas, and keeping projects moving. It’s a perfect example of how our flexible approach to work makes it easy to stay connected, no matter where you are.
Caoimhe says, “Having lived and worked in Seoul previously for a couple of years, I have always been eager to go back. Interactions has provided me with the opportunity
to do just that, whilst working, and I am delighted to be writing this from my apartment in Seongsu, Seoul. The team has been so supportive and flexible, and we have continued our regular working schedule, adapted to the 8-hour time difference. It has been so fantastic to feel such encouragement of my trip from Interactions, and I have never felt out of the loop. I am so happy to work for a company that facilitates and supports me to do my job, from anywhere in the world”
Caoimhe’s experience is a great reminder of what makes Interactions Research such a unique place to work. Whether you’re logging in from your kitchen table, or a café in Seoul, we make it easy to stay connected and supported. Caoimhe’s time abroad shows how we embrace the possibilities of a truly global workplace, empowering our team to thrive from anywhere and where great work knows no borders.
