In the early days we wrote our own programmes as the software we needed did not yet exist. We don’t have to do that anymore but our commitment to thorough and creative analysis practices remains a business cornerstone today.
We specialise in online, face-to-face and telephone research including omnibus and continuous tracking.

  • Clients can design bespoke research amongst their key target sample, and/or buy space on shared surveys amongst a nationally representative sample.
  • We maintain an active and highly trained panel of experienced interviewers who are available for mystery shopping and on street intercept interviews across ROI.

We work closely with clients to set & track quality standards. Tracking includes mystery shopping, site quality checks, and satisfaction tracking.
Our quantitative service offering includes satisfaction studies & KPI tracking, user needs, communications testing, market segmentation, and NPD/feasibility studies.
