Caoimhe MacGabhann – Senior Research Executive

Caoimhe is a Senior Research Executive at Interactions Ltd with a background in social research, environmental science, and policy analysis, and has experience working across Ireland, the UK, and South Korea.

Her expertise includes qualitative and quantitative research methods, with a particular interest in behaviour change, stakeholder engagement, and the psychological and social dimensions of sustainability, identity, and development.

Caoimhe holds a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin and an MSc in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy from King’s College London (Distinction).

She has also held leadership roles in the education sector, managing teams and designing curriculum frameworks in international contexts.
She is committed to producing research that informs policy and supports social impact, particularly in areas of climate justice, environmental behaviour, and community wellbeing.
